About The Position
Legacy of Farmington Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate and passionate individuals to join their team as HHAs/CNAs. This role involves enriching the lives of seniors in a beautiful 70-unit, apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is located in Farmington, MN, and is part of a growing organization dedicated to helping seniors 'Age Magnificently'.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Experience in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
