About The Position
Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA (FT AM/PT PM) to join our team! Trails of Orono Senior Living is located in Orono, MN, in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Requirements
- Compassionate towards others

- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to our residents with their personal care services.
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
