About The Position

Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA to join their team. Trails of Orono Senior Living is located in Orono, MN, in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Trails of Orono is an established community with a fun, caring, and passionate team.

Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.
• Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide, HHA, or CNA.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
• Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
