About The Position
Join Guardian Angel Senior Services as a Full-Time or Part-Time Home Health Aide and discover the fulfillment of making a meaningful impact in seniors' lives. You'll have the opportunity to work in beautiful areas including Mashpee, Barnstable, Sandwich, South Yarmouth, Falmouth, Chatham, Harwich, Dennis, Eastham, and Orleans, building strong connections while supporting local communities. Requirements
- HHA or CNA certification is required.
- Strong communication skills are important.

Responsibilities
- Supervising and assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene to ensure comfort and safety.
- Support mobility by encouraging participation in prescribed exercises like walking and range-of-motion activities.
- Assist with transfers from bed to chair, reposition clients as needed, and provide proper care to prevent pressure-related issues.
- Preparing meals according to dietary needs.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Assisting with continence care.
- Light housekeeping duties will help maintain a safe and clean home environment, including laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping when needed.
