This role involves supporting clients with daily care, providing emotional support, assisting with medication, maintaining a safe environment, documenting changes, helping with transportation, and collaborating with families and care teams. Additionally, the role may involve supporting office operations with administrative tasks, organizing paperwork, and assisting with scheduling.

Requirements

High school diploma
CPR/First Aid certification
Strong communication skills
Caring personality
Ability to lift/assist clients
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Clean background check
Pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

Support daily care including bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with medication and monitor client well-being.
Keep environments safe and clean.
Document changes and communicate with nursing staff.
Help with transportation to appointments and activities.
Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure exceptional service.
Support office operations as needed, including light administrative tasks, organizing paperwork, assisting with scheduling, and helping the office team stay running smoothly.
