About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for a senior client in Wayland, Massachusetts. The role supports seniors in maintaining their dignity and independence while receiving compassionate care in their own homes. Free training and certification are available for applicants without certification or caregiving experience. Training is provided through a Registered Nurse (RN); upon successful completion, employees earn Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Requirements
- HHA or CNA certification is preferred.
- Applicants without certification or caregiving experience may complete the company’s free training through a Registered Nurse and earn HHA certification upon successful completion.

Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Prepare basic meals.
- Handle laundry and ironing clothes.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Follow care plans and safety guidelines.
