About The Position

VNA of Florida is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and Wellington. Available cases include short shifts of 2 to 4 hours, with an opportunity to combine multiple cases for a full day. Immediate cases are available. Example assignments include assisting a wheelchair-bound patient with basic activities of daily living and housework, and helping a patient paralyzed from the waist down with basic activities of daily living, incontinence care, and changing linens.

Requirements

• Florida HHA Certificate or CNA License.
• CPR Certification.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Assist patients with basic activities of daily living.
• Provide incontinence care and change linens when needed.
