HHA/CNA for Hobe Sound To PBG
About The Position
AccordCare is seeking experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care in Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and surrounding areas. Caregivers help clients live safely and independently at home while providing support in accordance with each client’s Plan of Care. The role offers weekly pay, flexible hours, paid orientation, shift differentials, caregiver recognition programs, and opportunities for career advancement. A screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
- CPR certification; in-person certification only.
- TB blood test or chest X-ray completed within the last 6 months.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening and drug screen.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- Reliable transportation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to the client’s Plan of Care.
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Take vital signs and provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities.
- Observe and report changes in client condition.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards.
