About The Position
Traditions Home Health Services is seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides and/or CNAs for the Middleboro area. The role involves assisting senior clients with activities of daily living, household support, and companionship. We offer various shift options, including daily 4-hour shifts (e.g., 8am-12pm, 3pm-7pm) and sometimes 6-8 hour shifts in Rochester, Carver, and Wareham.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
- 2+ Years experience working with your Certification
- Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
- Must have experience working with Dementia
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a CORI check
- Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
- Dementia care experience
- Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
- Must own a cell phone.

Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Living and personal care.
- Assist with light housekeeping.
- Encourage walking and exercising.
- Encourage stimulating conversation.
- Assist with Activities and exercise according to the Care Plan.
- Encourage fluid intake and possible meal preparation in accordance with orders/Care Plan.
- Competently document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone.
- Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner.
