About The Position
Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide or CNA for the Massachusetts Ave, Boston area to assist a client with support and companionship. The client requires assistance with activities of daily living, light household support, escorting to the dining room, and exercise routines. We offer a small, consistent team for our clients with permanent hours. This role involves providing direct care, encouraging client independence, and maintaining accurate digital records.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide Certification and/or CNA Certification
- 2+ Years of experience working with your Certification
- Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA/CNA
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a CORI check
- Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
- Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and possess effective communication skills
- Must own a smart phone

Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Living and personal care
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Encourage walking and exercising according to the Care Plan
- Provide stimulating conversation and activities
- Encourage fluid intake and assist with meal preparation in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
