About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers as Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to help clients live safely and comfortably at home. No experience is required; training and certification are provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, including morning and afternoon work, short shifts, back-to-back shifts, and part-time or full-time arrangements. Caregivers must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes. Pay is $20–$21 for certified HHA/CNA caregivers and $18–$20 for non-certified caregivers, plus mileage and travel pay. A $250 sign-on bonus is available subject to requirements.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support client mobility and safe movement.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Respond appropriately in emergencies.
