About The Position

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in Palm Beach County, Florida. The role supports seniors in living independently and includes personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. Caregivers work with clients, families, and the care team to promote a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that enhances clients’ independence and quality of life. This is a PRN, as-needed position. Hours are flexible and depend on caregiver availability and client needs. The organization works with caregivers to build schedules around their preferred hours and availability. The posting lists a weekend schedule of Saturday and Sunday, with short day shifts.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Completion of Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare meals and cook according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing clients’ living spaces.
Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Run errands or provide transportation as needed.
