About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned agency that values its caregivers like family. We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) across multiple locations, offering complete flexibility in designing your work week. We also provide free HHA training and certification for all applicants.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Personal Vehicle
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A commitment to following health and safety guidelines
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks like hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe
- Run errands such as grocery shopping
- Prepare meals, involving clients when possible
- Give medication reminders
- Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
