About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned agency seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer free HHA training and certification, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment. Requirements
- Your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A commitment to following health and safety guidelines
Nice To Haves
- Certification (if you have it-HHA or CNA preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks like hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping to maintain clean, safe homes
- Running errands such as grocery shopping
- Preparing meals, with client input when possible
- Giving medication reminders
- Performing routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition
- Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
