About The Position
At Guardian Angel Senior Services, we are a family-owned agency dedicated to supporting our caregivers. We offer training, flexibility, and encouragement to help you thrive. We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) across various locations, offering complete flexibility in scheduling. We also provide free HHA training and certification.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Personal Vehicle
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A commitment to following health and safety guidelines
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care tasks like hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe
- Run errands such as grocery shopping
- Prepare meals, involving clients when possible
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
