Requirements
- Currently certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Hold a valid Driver’s License
- Have active Auto Insurance and a clean driving record
- Have access to a smartphone and active email account
- Understand the importance of professionalism, ethics, and maintaining client confidentiality
- Are compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
- Are responsive and able to provide timely communication regarding schedules, availability, and work-related updates
- Understand the importance of staying engaged and responsive throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Are willing to complete all required employment documents and onboarding requirements promptly
- Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, and important work updates
- Provide timely communication regarding availability and scheduling changes
- Understand the importance of professionalism during both the hiring process and active employment
- Take initiative, communicate proactively, and maintain accountability at all times
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate one-on-one companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
- Preparing meals, snacks, and assisting with nutrition needs
- Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Transportation assistance for appointments, errands, and activities
- Following individualized care plans based on each client’s needs
- Working closely with our office team and client families to provide quality care and timely updates
- Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every client you serve
