About The Position
AccordCare is hiring experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality in-home care in Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach, Stuart, and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible, self-scheduled hours, weekly pay, support, and opportunities for career advancement. Candidates must complete screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
- CPR certification; in-person certification only.
- TB blood test or chest X-ray within the last year.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening and drug screen.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Reliable transportation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to the client’s Plan of Care.
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Take vital signs and provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities.
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards.
