About The Position

Rebel Convenience Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a store team, support daily operations, and provide a welcoming experience for customers. The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with store operations and steps into the Store Manager’s role when needed. The position involves supervising, training, and supporting team members; serving customers and resolving issues; maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and safe store; following company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales; managing inventory; completing reports; and maintaining operational standards. The posting lists pay of up to $18 per hour. The role requires flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and travel to nearby stores when needed.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.

Responsibilities
