About The Position

Home Delivery advisors oversee the delivery process at the store level and ensure efficient execution of patient deliveries while upholding the brand's retail promise. The position pays $15 per hour plus tips, with weekly pay. The role includes coordinating deliveries, providing customer service and information about cannabis products without giving medical advice, collecting payments, managing delivery inventory and finances, auditing manifests, and communicating with customers and management. Employees must follow applicable DOT regulations, safety standards, and industry laws and policies.

Requirements

Must be comfortable driving for extended periods of time.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Must have a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be comfortable operating and navigating a delivery van.
Must be able to apply for an agent registration badge with the MMCC.
Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in delivery or delivery services.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience in commercial or work-related delivery driving.

Responsibilities

Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
Provide patients and customers with information on types, methods, and efficacy of cannabis products without providing medical advice.
Collect and count payment immediately when making deliveries.
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
Coordinate and support order delivery.
Provide delivery and customer service to patients and customers.
Restock delivery inventory bins and conduct audits as needed.
Communicate clearly and accurately with patients and customers about the day of delivery.
Communicate updates or concerns clearly and accurately to the management team.
Verify daily delivery finances and inventory are accurately accounted for.
Audit manifests and oversee delivery software and tools.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
