About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for reliable, professional Caregivers who are passionate about improving the lives of seniors and adults in need of assistance at home. Competitive pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and certification).
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency exam, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy Caregiver with strong communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality in-home care
Nice To Haves
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—we will train the right Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer medication reminders and companionship to improve quality of life
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at home
- Work one-on-one as a Caregiver in clients’ homes with varying schedules
