About The Position
Village Caregiving is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in the Wheeling, WV area. In this role, you’ll help individuals maintain independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities in a comfortable home setting. No experience required – Paid training provided.
Requirements

- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Must meet pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Support mobility, including transfers and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with transportation for essential errands
- Communicate with supervisors and care teams
