Requirements
- Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
- Second form of identification for employment eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Active TN CNA Certification
Responsibilities
- Companionship and meaningful conversations
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc)
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Transportation and errands as needed
- Compassionate, respectful support that helps clients live with dignity
