Requirements

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Pass a written competency exam, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy Caregiver with strong communication skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality in-home care

Nice To Haves

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—we will train the right Caregiver

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Assist clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders and companionship to improve quality of life
Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at home
Work one-on-one as a Caregiver in clients’ homes with varying schedules
