Requirements

Must have reliable transportation (drivers with vehicles preferred)
Ability to pass background check
Current 2-step PPD, Chest X-Ray or Quantiferon Gold Test (we will schedule and pay for one if yours is not current)

Responsibilities

Support clients with ADLs & IADLs according to the client’s individual care plan.
Assist clients bathe, dress and groom.
Provide companionship through conversation, activities and hobbies.
Cook and/or serve meals.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Assist with mobility and transfer.
Monitor and report on client’s condition.
