Responsibilities
- Complete first shifts and introduce caregivers to new clients.
- Review care plans and update client information in AxisCare.
- Conduct supervisory visits, client reviews, and satisfaction surveys.
- Assess, train, mentor, and evaluate caregivers.
- Provide backup care for call-ins, emergencies, and complex cases as needed.
- Address client and caregiver concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support caregiver recognition, retention, community outreach, and company growth.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
