About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Service Supervisor for our Home Care office in Tucson, AZ (West). This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate, dependable professional who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families while supporting field staff and office teams. The Service Supervisor serves as a non-clinical field supervisor, where applicable, as well as a client advocate and community resource. In this role, you will work closely with interdisciplinary office teams to help ensure client and employee satisfaction, uphold the quality and safety standards of our personal care services, and assist with social determinant issues that impact client health and well-being. Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results and a desire to grow beyond the current role
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or prior health care, home care, and/or social service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way
  • Conduct supervisory visits of non-medical staff in clients’ homes and in the community
  • Build positive, supportive, and trusting relationships with clients, field staff, and colleagues
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary management team
  • Ensure field staff have completed all required competencies and documentation needed to provide services
  • Visit clients in their homes as required to: Obtain feedback and support client and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure the care plan is carried out as written
  • Identify and assist clients in resolving unmet social needs
  • Report any service deviations or care plan requests from the client to the Clinical Manager and/or Client Services Manager
  • Document all pertinent situations and interactions with clients, families, physicians, case managers, and other care providers to ensure coordination and continuity of service
  • Develop community relationships and participate in outreach activities
