Tacoma Home Care Supervisor
About The Position
The Korean Women's Association (KWA) is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a full-time Tacoma Home Care Supervisor. This role involves coordinating schedules to ensure clients receive necessary care, managing daily activities, and fostering a supportive environment for caregivers. The position is based in Tacoma, WA, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. KWA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1979, committed to serving diverse communities through education, socialization, advocacy, and support. They offer services in senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation, guided by core values of honesty, service, and excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks

- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
