About The Position

This position is responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients. This role supports the overall branch operation and the delivery of services to our disabled and elderly population. The hours are Full Time, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with rotating On-Call weekends. The location is Addus HomeCare 409 Walker Rd Ste E, Jackson TN 38305.

Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of office experience
• Must be willing to travel
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems
• Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred)
• 1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
• Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
• Other duties as assigned
