Requirements

• Experience in home care scheduling, staffing, or coordination required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules based on authorized hours and care plans
• Adjust schedules to meet caregiver availability and coverage needs
• Respond to call-outs and last-minute changes to maintain full coverage
• Monitor scheduling accuracy for payroll and compliance
• Ensure EVV compliance using systems such as HHAeXchange
• Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules and expectations
• Document updates and maintain accurate records
