About The Position
Responsive recruiter Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative HomeWell Care Services is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our business through referral relationships and community outreach. This is a commission-only, performance-based opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, networking, building relationships, and generating new business. This is not a social media marketing position. Your primary focus will be developing referral sources and bringing qualified home care opportunities to HomeWell.
Requirements
- Sales, marketing, home care, healthcare, senior living, hospice, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and comfortable meeting with healthcare professionals and community leaders.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Professional appearance and communication.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- An existing network of healthcare or senior-care contacts is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, hospice organizations, elder-care professionals, and other referral sources.
- Introduce HomeWell Care Services to potential referral partners and clearly communicate the value of our home care services.
- Generate qualified private-pay home care referrals and new client opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face community outreach, networking, and business development.
- Schedule and attend meetings with referral sources and community organizations.
- Follow up consistently with referral partners and prospective clients.
- Identify new opportunities to expand HomeWell’s referral network.
- Represent HomeWell professionally at networking events, healthcare events, senior-care events, and community activities.
- Work closely with the HomeWell team to communicate new referrals and help move qualified prospects toward an assessment and start of care.
- Maintain accurate records of referral activity and results.
Benefits
- Commission Only – Performance Based Earn 10% of first-month collected revenue on new clients you generate, with a $250 minimum commission per new client.
