About The Position

Technical Associates of Charlotte (an I-Care Reliability Inc. company) is seeking a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Representative to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and manage customer events. This role combines digital marketing, lead generation, and event coordination, playing a key part in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, planning major industry events like the TAEC Reliability Summit, and nurturing high-intent leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys bringing brand messaging to life, and excels at building relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry-level to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or event planning.
  • Strong corporate social media acumen, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
  • Highly organized, proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% monthly across the US for public seminars, conventions, and tradeshows.
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally (event materials/booths) and stand/walk extensively during multi-day events.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, email software, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).

Responsibilities

  • Execute a cohesive social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Draft, edit, and launch engaging digital ads, promotional flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and collateral.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for web traffic, social engagement, and email performance.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event planning for public seminars and the annual TAEC Reliability Summit, including managing hotel contracts, BEOs, and attendee reservations.
  • Manage internal attendee registrations, track inventory/swag for the company store, and audit event invoices.
  • Use tools like ZoomInfo and LACRM to identify prospective clients and implement lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Process leads and transfer deals between project management platforms (Monday.com) and CRM tools (Teamleader).
  • Qualify inbound leads from tradeshows and seminars, routing high-intent leads to leadership and the sales team.
  • Provide occasional Customer Care Management (CCM) support during strategic public seminars.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs.
  • Assist with client inquiries and special marketing research projects.
