About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care, a non-profit organization with 50 years of history, is seeking a Home Care RN. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (indicated by school transcript or diploma).
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Manage common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
• Utilize transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, and school settings.
