University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to our clients in Farmington Hills, MI. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes according to individual care plans.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to healthcare providers and family members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate clients and their families on health conditions, medication management, and overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
