Requirements

Prior experience in home health care, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or in a facility licensed under Chapter 395 (hospital), Chapter 400 Part II (nursing home), or under Chapter 429, Part I (assisted living)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced office environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling or home care software
Compassionate, professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including phones, scheduling, and correspondence
Coordinate caregiver and client scheduling to ensure seamless home care service delivery
Maintain accurate client and employee records in compliance with home care regulations
Assist with caregiver onboarding, HR documentation, and personnel file management
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
Support billing, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs and screening applicants
Ensure compliance with state home care licensing and documentation requirements
