About The Position

BAYADA Skilled Nursing is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one private-duty care in clients’ homes in the Mechanicsburg or Lancaster area. Cases listed include a 22-year-old client in Hershey with low-tech care and availability from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.; a 57-year-old client in Hershey with low-tech care and short evening shifts plus some weekend days; a pediatric client in Halifax requiring low-tech care on the 10 p.m.–6 a.m. night shift; and an older pediatric client in Etters requiring low-tech care Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during school hours and at home from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

BAYADA provides paid training in the office, in clients’ homes, and online; practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs; 24/7 on-call clinical support; and electronic charting using Statewise. The organization serves clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Available schedules include day shifts, nights, weekends, and eight-hour full shifts. PRN, part-time, and full-time options are available, with no weekend or minimum requirements.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private-duty nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Deliver care to clients of different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Use Statewise electronic charting.
