About The Position

BAYADA Skilled Nursing is hiring licensed nurses to provide one-on-one private duty care in clients’ homes in the Mechanicsburg and Lancaster areas. Clients include adults and pediatric patients with varying diagnoses and acuity levels. Available cases include daytime, evening, overnight, school-hour, and some weekend schedules in Hershey, Halifax, and Etters.

BAYADA provides paid training from the first day, delivered in the office, in the home, and online. Nurses can practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs, use electronic charting through Statewise, and access 24/7 on-call clinical support. Scheduling is flexible and based on nurse preferences, with cases matched to reduce commute times. Shifts may be days, nights, weekends, or full eight-hour shifts; PRN, part-time, and full-time arrangements are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.
