About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and surrounding Piedmont Triad communities in North Carolina. Nurses can choose flexible schedules and work daytime, evening, or overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks. The position offers weekly pay, hourly pay of $30–$34 in the Piedmont Triad Area, and commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on weekly commitment. Weekend and overnight differentials are available, but there is no weekend requirement. BAYADA provides onboarding tailored to nurses' availability, personalized paid training that includes award-winning simulation labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. Nurses serve clients in local communities across the Piedmont Triad, with short commutes to clients emphasized. The role requires an active North Carolina RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients.

Document care using the Statewise electronic charting system.
