About The Position

TheKey is hiring Registered Nurses to provide high-end, personalized, one-on-one skilled nursing care to VIP clients in their homes. Nurses deliver discreet, compassionate care tailored to each patient's needs while coordinating with families, physicians, and TheKey's care team. The role offers flexible scheduling and client-specific in-home assignments, including short visits, per-diem work, and ongoing cases. Pay starts at $48 per hour, with rates varying according to client needs.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to provide high-standard care independently, confidently, professionally, and with minimal supervision.
• Dependability, punctuality, discretion, respect for patient privacy, and professional etiquette.
• Comfort using basic digital tools and mobile apps for charting, scheduling, and communication.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of nursing experience; strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, including assistance with ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and transportation to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using digital tools.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the care team.
• Provide personalized health education and care management to patients and their families.
