Requirements

Graduate of Business, Healthcare Administration or related program preferred
Training and experience in Health Services Administration
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home care preferred
Experience in business operations, marketing, planning, staff supervision and P&L responsibility
Extensive knowledge of state and federal home care regulations preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the agency’s operations, including: sales, market development, staff supervision, client relations, and financial status
Recruit, hire and oversee all office personnel and healthcare staff
Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Assess client needs, coordinate care, resolve issues and ensure quality care
Comply with all applicable home care laws and regulatory standards
Oversee financial operations, including: budget, expenses and accounts receivable/payable
