About The Position

The Home Care Liaison builds and maintains referral relationships, acquires new clients, and supports overall satisfaction with TheKey’s services. The role coordinates with local teams to ensure high-quality service and manages a book of business to meet and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets. The liaison uses a key account management approach to support sales growth.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Gerontology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Recreation Therapy.
• At least 2 years of business development experience in in-home care, senior living, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or senior health care.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity accurately and promptly.
• Current driver’s license and proof of insurance.
