About The Position

The Field Supervisor / Personal Care Services role is a full-time position based in Fort Worth, responsible for overseeing caregiver services in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. The position involves ensuring quality care standards, supporting caregivers, welcoming new clients, and acting as a communication bridge between clients, caregivers, and office staff. The role requires problem-solving in the field to maintain consistent and compassionate care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute for the 2+ years of supervisory experience and 60 hours of college coursework.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
