The Field Supervisor is responsible for conducting on-site client evaluations and developing service plans in conjunction with the authorization. They perform other field visits as assigned, completing visits as scheduled and reporting daily to the scheduler. This role also involves recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising attendants. The Field Supervisor completes appropriate forms, attaches them to the daily visit report, and submits them to the office within 48 hours of the visit. They communicate regularly with their supervisor about department issues and keep management informed of potential problems. Adherence to organizational policies and procedures is expected, and the role acts as a role model within and outside the agency. The Field Supervisor performs duties as workload necessitates, maintains a positive and respectful attitude, and demonstrates flexible and efficient time management with the ability to prioritize workload. They consistently report to work on time, prepared to perform duties, and meet department productivity standards. Participation in working groups, councils, and committees is expected, along with insurance compliance with rules and regulations. The role involves participating on committees, special projects, and seeking additional responsibilities. They recommend new approaches to improve policies, procedures, and documentation, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. The Field Supervisor participates in administrative staff meetings and other meetings and seminars, creates and conducts presentations using audio-visual tools including PowerPoint, and performs other related duties as required and assigned. They consistently promote the company's core values and complete required annual compliance training.
