About The Position

Lead a Home Care Program Where You Can Truly Make an Impact. Join our team as the Home Care Director also known as a Home Support Manager and take ownership of a well-established private-pay and long-term care insurance home support program serving residents exclusively within our gated senior living community—no commuting from home to home or managing a traditional community-based territory. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Private Duty, Healthcare or Senior Living is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall agency operations of private duty, including clinical, regulatory, quality, and financial standards.
  • Establish ongoing relationships with regulatory agencies, keeping updated on all regulatory changes and ensuring that federal, state, and local regulations are met.
  • Implement and participate in quality improvement programs; continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Evaluate systemic problems and develop action plans to address them.
  • Plan and develop operating budget and complies with established budgetary guidelines.
  • Ensure the agency has sufficient qualified staff by partnering with the Human Resources department on recruitment, selection, retention, and termination of all employees.
  • Conduct HR practices, including interviewing, coaching, counseling, recruitment and hiring, Performance Improvement, supervision of personnel, wage, and salary administration.
  • Participate in employee engagement programs and activities.
