Established home care agency is looking to add a Care Coordinator to our Uniontown location! This role requires prior experience working with a home care agency in a non-caregiver capacity (scheduler, intake, etc.). The ideal candidate will have previous home care coordination experience, the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a demanding office environment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include scheduling caregivers to ensure patients are serviced, communicating with patients to ensure quality of service, and updating the software system for accurate billing/payroll. This position is based in the Uniontown office and is not remote. The role involves on-call duties one weekend per month on a rotating schedule and may require assisting with caregiver onboarding.
