About The Position

AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a Part-Time HomeCare Consultant with HomeCare Management experience to review current company practices and provide insights for growing the HomeCare division. The ideal candidate will have experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency at an Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent. This is a Contract Part-Time Consultant work-from-home position, requiring 10 to 20 hours per week. Candidates must reside in Tennessee, possess high-speed internet, and use a company laptop with at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard. The company is a growing, non-medical, private duty home care organization providing caregiving services to seniors and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, enabling them to live in their homes throughout Tennessee. Requirements

• Currently reside in Tennessee
• HomeCare Management experience
• Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
• High-speed internet
• At least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with company laptop
• Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
• Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
• Must be flexible and organized
• Must be able to work without close supervision
• The ability to interact with a wide range of people
• Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly
• Comfortable with software and technology
• Independent and self-motivated individual with a high level of energy

Responsibilities

• Reviews Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities.
• Shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth.
• Reviews the Home Care Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggesting ways to improve retention.
• Reviews the Home Care Division's forms of solicitation for clients and caregivers, suggesting ways to improve referrals and hiring.
• Assists in implementing accepted recommendations.
• Reviews processes and procedures to ensure compliance and suggests ways to improve.
• Works with upper management to improve the growth rate of the Home Care Division.
