About The Position

Full Spectrum Search Group is conducting a search for a growing private duty home care organization seeking a Home Care Liaison to drive referral growth throughout New York City and Nassau County. This is a field-based business development role responsible for generating new private-pay referrals. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who enjoys opening new doors, building long-term partnerships, and consistently growing census. This is an opportunity to join an established organization with strong operational leadership while helping build the next phase of growth in one of its highest-priority markets.

Requirements

Proven success in healthcare business development or outside sales.
Experience in private-duty home care, home health, hospice, senior living, assisted living, or another closely related post-acute setting.
Demonstrated hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory.

Nice To Haves

Existing referral relationships within the New York City market are highly preferred.
Candidates with successful senior living sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout New York City and Nassau County.
Generate new private-pay home care referrals through hospitals, assisted living communities, senior living providers, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
Execute consistent face-to-face sales calls and networking activities within the assigned territory.
Build long-term referral partnerships that produce recurring business.
Represent the organization at community events and professional networking opportunities.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from referral through admission.
Consistently achieve census and revenue growth goals.
