About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care provides compassionate, dependable in-home care that helps individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Our care is rooted in dignity, respect, and personalized support, allowing clients to maintain their quality of life where they feel happiest. Assisting Hands Home Care is known for its high standards and commitment to excellence. Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing care that builds trust and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. We support clients 7 days a week, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. This role is located in Littleton, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch (and nearby areas).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience required (In-Home Care or Facility)
• High school diploma or GED
• Driver’s license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background & CAPS checks
• Three professional references
• TB test within 30 days of hire
• A kind heart, positive attitude, and dependable nature

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily routines
• Companionship - talking, laughing, and being a friendly face
• Light housekeeping and simple meal prep
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Medication reminders and safety support
• Making someone’s day better every single shift
