About The Position

We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential support to seniors and individuals in need, allowing them to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. As a caregiver, your work will have a direct impact on improving quality of life and providing peace of mind to both clients and their families.

Requirements

Positive Attitude and compassion to treat clients with dignity and respect.
High school diploma or educational equivalent.
Ability to read, write and speak English at an average adult level
Must have a valid and current state driver’s license and insurance.
Must have safe and reliable transportation to go to and from the client’s location and/or facilities and have a vehicle available during assignments in order to assist clients with their needs if required.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
Must be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening including drug testing.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
Assist with household tasks necessary to the client’s health care needs
Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Monitor and report changes in a client’s health or behavior
Perform other duties as assigned
