Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and help with basic health care tasks as instructed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure quality care.
- Document client progress and report any concerns to supervisors promptly.
