About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Westland, MI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate supervisory staff.
- Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of care and services provided.
